The meeting was opened by its Co-Chairs, Ambassador Assad Omer of Afghanistan and Ambassador Jürg Streuli of Switerzerland, with the support of their colleagues Khalil Nasri of Afghanistan and Flavio del Ponte of Switzerland, and their Co-Rapporteurs from Austria and Sudan.
