The following procedural documents were adopted by the Third Meeting of the States Parties:

A total of 67 States Parties participated in the meeting along with 6 States that had ratified or acceded to the Convention but for which the Convention had not entered into force. In addition, a total of 22 States that had not yet formally accepted the Convention and dozens of international and non-governmental organizations attended the meeting.
