Cape Verde ratified the Convention on 14 May 2001, and the Convention entered into force for Cape Verde on 1 November 2001. Stockpile Destruction (Article 4)In its initial transparency report submitted on 31 March 2009, Cape Verde reported that it had completed the destruction of all stockpiled anti-personnel mines in 2006. In total, Cape Verde reported having destroyed 1,516 mines. |
