Nineteenth Meeting of the States Parties

The Dutch Presidency began as the Eighteenth Meeting of the States Parties ended, and will conclude at the end of the Nineteenth Meeting of the States Parties (19MSP) on 3 December 2021. 

The 19MSP is scheduled to take place from 29 November to 3 December 2021, in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

H.E. Robbert Jan Gabriëlse, Permanent Representative of the Netherlands to the Conference on Disarmament, Geneva, and Disarmament Ambassador at-large, was elected President of the Nineteenth Meeting of the States Parties, at the 2019 Fourth Review Conference in Oslo.

The Netherlands will lead the second year of implementation of the recently-adopted Oslo Action Plan.
