Eighteenth Meeting of the States Parties

Sudan's Presidency of the Eighteenth Meeting of the States Parties began as the Oslo Review Conference ended in 2019, and concluded at the end of the 18MSP on 20 November 2020. 

Sudan, the third African State Party to preside over the Convention, lead the first year of implementation of the then-recently-adopted Oslo Action Plan.

H.E. Osman Abufatima Adam Mohammed, Deputy Permanent Representative of Sudan to the United Nations in Geneva presided over the work of the States Parties in 2020.
